Coast on into Ford’s Garage Cincinnati

Ford’s Garage, a 1920’s service station themed restaurant, just opened its first Ohio based spot right here in Cincinnati!

Ford’s Garage Cincinnati is located in Rookwood Commons & Pavilion. If you’ve been around Cincinnati for awhile you might remember the old Don Pablo spot? That’s where you’ll find the new Ford’s Garage!

What Can I Expect to Find at Ford’s Garage Cincinnati?

As you approach you’ll find a fun addition right outside the door. Plan for a selfie or group photo in front of the retro Ford vehicles and vintage gas pumps that line the entrance.

The fun 1920’s Ford Motor Company theme continues inside. The restaurant has an industrial vibe with open ceilings, lots of exposed brick, and service station style doors.

The Ford’s Garage theme doesn’t stop with the vintage cars. The staff wears fun auto shop inspired uniforms. Your napkin, a blue shop towel, arrives secured with a shop clamp. The bartenders will occasionally get your attention with the honk of a vintage Ford horn from behind the bar.

Do They Serve Drinks at Ford’s Garage Cincinnati?

Yes, they do!

Sit at the bar and put their ice rail to work! See the strip of white in the image above? That’s the ice rail. Keep your drink there to keep it nice and cold! And while you’re there, be sure to admire that hand-hammered copper bar. It’s a beauty!

Speaking of the bar, the restaurant has 150 types of beer with 40 on draft. You can order your food and eat at the bar (that’s what we did). They also have wine, a variety of cocktails, and a full bar.

Don’t miss their Happy Hour deals! Find the Happy Hour deal and their drink menu here.

What’s on the Menu at Ford’s Garage?

Let me tell you, they take “bar food” to the next level at Ford’s Garage Cincinnati!

Ford’s Garage is known for their impressive 1/2 Black Angus burgers. They’re made fresh to order and they have 12 burgers on the menu. We both had a burger; they were both DELICIOUS. I will have a hard time ordering anything else next time!

It’s not ALL about the burger though! Ford’s Garage menu also includes lots of comfort foods such as meatloaf, mac and cheese, fish and chips, chicken wings and tenders, and more. They have a very nice kids’ menu as well.

Do They Have Space for a Group?

Come with your crew! They have all kinds of seating at Ford’s Garage Cincinnati – from small tables to large. Enjoy a booth or a table with chairs. You can also enjoy your meal at the bar.

They do NOT take reservations or call ahead seating at this time (July, 2022). If you’re coming with a group be sure to leave time to get a table. You can wait at the bar and, luckily, there’s lots of great shopping at Rookwood Commons.
