Jungle Jim’s International Market

Jungle Jim’s, the huge market where you can spend a day just wondering about, also offers cooking classes. They have hands-on and demonstration classes for all skill levels.
Class sizes are smaller than they used to be, allowing you to work in teams of two for hands on classes. The total number of students per class is now 10-12 and each group of two will prepare the entire menu. Demonstrations are capped at 12 people sitting at the counter.

The Learning Kitchen

The Learning Kitchen offers hands-on cooking classes in their own state-of-the-art kitchen. They have a big island in the center of the kitchen that accomodates up to 12 students plus a chef instructor. The instructor will cook and teach as you cook along at your own cooktop. You’ll even get to eat what you prepared before you leave!
Choose from a wide variety of cooking classes such as Regional Flavors – Chicken Enchiladas Done Right, Pasta – Homemade Ricotta and Pasta Cavatelli al Limone , and much more. They also have Skills Class where you can improve and learn a new skill for the kitchen (includes sauces, cooking 101, knife skills, etc.).

They offer hands-on cooking classes for every skill level with most classes averaging 2-2.5 hours long. Their class size is a 12 student limit (unless otherwise noted) and you’ll work in groups of two. Each student will receive recipes to take home and will enjoy a socially distanced dinner with class members when the cooking’s done.

The Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen offers classes for all ages and skill levels. They use the freshest ingredients, right from their own farm and from other local farmers and producers.
Cooking classes are offered in their exquisitely renovated 100-year-old barn. They have a state-of-the-art teaching kitchen with eight, two-person cooking stations—the perfect setup for intimate, hands-workshops.
