Things to do on Thanksgiving Day in Cincinnati:

Holiday in Lights at Sharon Woods, 6-9pm; 11450 Lebanon Road, Route 42 Sharonville, OH 45241; 513-769-0393

The Fountain Square Ice Rink is open, 9am – 11pm

Cincinnati Choo Choo at The Krohn Conservatory is open 10am – 2pm

The Cincinnati Zoo is open 10am – 5pm with limited (or perhaps no) food options, no rides, etc.; please note Festival of Lights is NOT open on Thanksgiving Day; 3400 Vine St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45220; (513) 281-4700

Holiday Lights on the Hill at Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park, Thursday hours are 6-9pm; $20/car on Thursday

Christmas Nights of Lights at Coney Island begins nightly at dusk and runs through 10 p.m.

The Golden Lamb: The Golden Lamb will serve a full Thanksgiving Day meal at the restaurant and is also taking reservations for “Golden To Go”. The Presidents Room at the Phoenix will be serving a Thanksgiving feast. This Thanksgiving menu will be served 12-6:30pm. For reservations, call TPR at (513) 721-2260

Thanksgiving Dinner at Metropole: Friends or family alike can enjoy a family-style prix fixe menu centered around an Elmwood Stock Farm Roasted Turkey with rutabaga puree, charred cranberry relish and natural jus. If that doesn’t grab your gobble, an a la carte menu with your Metropole favorites will also be available. 2-8pm. For dinner reservations, call 513.578.6660.
