We have some of the greatest park districts around! And when you can go to a park to enjoy a FREE weekly yoga class or burn off some calories with a boot camp, I’m all in!

I’ve rounded up all the free summer exercise and fitness classes for Cincinnati I could find and I’ve listed them by the day. Now get out there and move!
Do keep in mind that these classes are outside and weather dependent. Be sure to check on your class before you head out the door (links included for each class)!
Free Fitness at Summit Park: H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) by Body Alive happens on Mondays starting at 5:30pm. June 3 – August 26, 2019.
Join Clifton Cultural Arts Center/CCAC for a free, gentle yoga class led by a certified instructor each Monday night from 6-7 pm. Bring your mat and a bottle of water and meet at the newly designed lawn at Inwood Park. Free parking available behind One41 Wellington apartments (Auburn Ave. to Wellington Place), or in the circle at upper Inwood Park.
Outdoor Fitness Series: Head to Great Parks for free outdoor fitness classes to switch up your cardio routine. Classes alternate between Zumba and Bootcamp. All classes are taught by certified instructors from the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati and are held at the Winton Woods | Harbor Amphitheater. June 4 – August 27, 2019, 7-8 pm.
Yoga Series: Head to Farbach-Werner Nature Preserve | Ellenwood Nature Barn for yoga on Tuesday evenings. June – August, 5:30-6:30 pm. $10 per class, payable at the door. In the case of inclement weather, yoga classes will be moved inside.
Workout on The Green at Washington Park: All classes are led by licensed, trained instructors. Workouts take place on the Civic Lawn in front of the stage. 6pm: Yoga with the Yoga Bar and 7pm: Dance Toning with The LB Rookwood. Free.
Skip the Gym and Workout Outdoors at Smale Riverfront Park: NGOMA presents Ragga Fit, a fun and free dance fitness class that combines cardiovascular movements with modern Reggae/Afrobeat music. Movements are done in a repetitive sequence to develop muscle memory and maintain a healthy heart rate. Have a blast at these dance classes every Tuesday from 6:00-7:00 pm, June 4 through July 30, 2019. Free Fitness at Summit Park: CrossFit by Blue Ash CrossFit happens on Tuesdays starting at 5:30pm. June 4 – August 27, 2019.

Skip the Gym and Workout Outdoors at Smale Riverfront Park: Modo Yoga offers free yoga classes for all levels. These evening classes are accessible, challenging, healthy and fun! Join them for a free class every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 pm, June 5 through September 25, 2019. Events are subject to weather and cancellations will be posted on the Facebook event page by 11:00 am the day of the event.
Free Fitness at Summit Park: Yoga by Stacy Shirley happens on Wednesdays starting at 5:30pm. May 15 – October 2, 2019.
Yoga in the Park at Hopewell Meadows (Symmes Township) on Wednesdays at 6:30pm (through Sept. 25, 2019). Free.
Thursday Workout at Zieglar Park: Head into the weekend feeling strong with FREE Thursday workouts at Ziegler Park. Join in from May 30 – August 29 for classes led by licensed, trained instructors. Workouts take place on the great lawn above the parking garage. 6pm: Yin Yoga–The Yoga Bar and 7pm: Bootcamp – Posh Fitness
Free Fitness at Summit Park: Kickboxing by 9Round happens on Thursdays starting at 5:30pm. June 13 – August 29, 2019. Free.
Skip the Gym and Workout Outdoors at Smale Riverfront Park: The Barre Code offers classes that focus on cardio, strength training and restorative stretches, perfect for your afternoon lunch break. Enjoy free barre classes every Friday from 12:10-1:00 pm, July 12 to August 9. Events are subject to weather and cancellations will be posted on the Facebook event page by 11:00 am the day of the event.
Washington Park’s summer Weekend Workout offers a variety of free, rotating fitness classes led by licensed Central Parkway YMCA instructors. All skill-levels welcome, no experience needed. Classes rotate between Zumba and Yoga and go through August 31, 2019.
