Here we are with another installment of “365 Things to do in Cincinnati” and today we’re featuring the Krohn Conservatory’s newest exhibit – An Enchanted Forest. krohn conservatory enchanted forest water feature The “main room” of the Krohn Conservatory has been transformed into a spring showcase featuring fairy cottages set amongst some very welcomed spring blooms.  After a long, dreary winter it was so nice to get a burst of spring – from the sights all the way to the sounds (birds chirping) and the smell of the flowers. krohn conservatory enchanted forest entire display I was surprised to find blooming Dogwood trees and masses of gorgeous hydrangea blooms. As always, they’ve created a planting masterpiece in this room! krohn conservatory enchanted forest twig house The fun part about this display is the fairy cottages set amongst the flowers and greenery. They come in all sizes and shapes…. little. big, some with roofs, some made simply of twigs. krohn conservatory enchanted forest logs and house krohn conservatory enchanted forest pointed roof and flowers   krohn conservatory enchanted forest house on rockThere’s even a little lake front home… krohn conservatory enchanted forest water feature I tried to choose a favorite but there are so many cute little cottages!
