Welcome in spring with one of the season’s first outdoor fairs – The Spring Pottery Fair.
On Saturday, May 5 more than 60 of the area’s top clay artists will come together for the 12th annual Spring Pottery Fair, presented by the Clay Alliance.
The Pottery Fair offers a wide range and selection of pottery—everything from functional wares to decorative art pieces.
Artists and hobbyists can browse and purchase clay tools and goodies from local suppliers.
A group of Clay Alliance members will also be conducting demonstrations throughout the afternoon.
One of Cincinnati’s favorites bands, “Jake Speed and the Freddies“, will be on hand to rock the Fair. They perform from noon – 3pm.
New this year, the Spring Pottery Fair will include a hands-on arts station where children can have their choice of decorating ceramic mini-monsters or bowls. The cost to participate is $10, with proceeds going to Empty Bowls, a grassroots effort to end hunger.
